Electrical Engineer

This position requires a talented, high-energy individual responsible for quality control, testing and migration of electrical designs into manufacturing.Work with design engineers and manufacturing team to transition new products into production.Oversee quality control processes and procedures in manufacturing environment.Support manufacturing as the technical liaison from engineering.Implement and train manufacturing team on assembly and quality control processes.Assist electrical design engineers in testing, research, and development of new electronic products. Write/document product test/performance requirements.BSEE 4 years work experience in electronics QC, test and assemblyKnowledge of various digital and analog circuitsElectronics manufacturing and assembly processes and controlsKnowledge of advanced PCB assembly processesKnowledge of innovative and leading edge design testing tools/methodsExperience designing and implementing electronic test fixturesSoftware programming skills a plusProject management skills requiredExcellent team player and time management skills requiredExcellent interpersonal and customer-interface skills a mustSuccess motivated and process orientedExperience in electronic security products or access control products a plus
