The World’s favourite lock company, Yale UK, will reaffirm its long-standing links with one of the security industry’s most important and respected initiatives – Secured by Design – when the two organisations meet at the DIY and Garden Show at Earl’s Court 2, London this weekend.
Yale UK will be exhibiting at the show for the first time and will be showcasing many exciting new security products, as well as its established range of quality mechanical products – mortice locks, nightlatches, cylinders and padlocks - which are favoured by the residential market. Many of Yale’s products can boast the Secured by Design title, ‘Police Preferred Specification’, meaning that they have met technical standards identified by ACPO Crime Prevention Initiatives Limited.
ACPO CPI Limited was established in 1999 to manage Secured by Design and similar national crime prevention initiatives and is entirely owned by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) with chief police officers on the Board of Directors.
The not-for-profit company is funded through partnership with Secured by Design-licensed companies like Yale.
The World’s favourite lock company has a lot to talk about, not only with its portfolio of innovative new products - including a brand new range of safes, home CCTV applications and an updated range of wire-free alarms, all of which will be unveiled for the first time at the DIY and Garden Show.
The company will also be offering unique revenue opportunities for the DIY and Garden Sector including exclusive promotions and flexible merchandising and packaging solutions - all designed to drive sales and increase footfall - as well as an unmissable show competition, open to all visitors to the Yale stand.
