Security Products UK Limited are the leading lock manufacturers in the United Kingdom and employ approximately 600 people across three sites based in Willenhall, West Midlands. The company is part of the ASSA ABLOY group, the world's leading lock group.

The company's quality management system undergoes a series of internal quality audits, and an annual management review to ensure it continues to satisfy all the requirements of the ISO9001 standard and its customers. The company is also subject to independent third party audits, which include audits carried out by the customers themselves.  

The company will provide all the necessary facilities and training to enable employees to achieve the required skill level for meeting our high quality standards.  

The company will continue to rigorously pursue failure prevention, rather than relying on failure detection alone, and to monitor the control of key process variables.

The ultimate responsibility for Security Products UK Limited's quality management system is that of the Technical Director. In recognising the importance of this he has appointed the Quality Assurance Manager as the company's management representative regarding all aspects of the quality management system. It is also a mandatory condition of employment that all personnel follow the agreed procedures  in maintaining the highest quality levels at all times.
